I’m going to apologize beforehand- the following feed might make you hungry. I don’t like tempting people with food, but this is important.
This weekend we celebrate an important occasion, the 21st birthday of my sister. To commemorate, we decided to round up a few of her closest galpals for high tea. So English.
For a twist, we decided to check out French cafe By Jospehine in Brunswick. It was a great afternoon with a yummy spread, good conversations and meaningful catch-ups. Most of the treats were French-inspired and when Jospehine reiterated what they were, we forgot about half of them immediately! There were just too many treats. However, we rest assured because each of them were crafted beautifully and delicately.

It was definitely a treat for the both of us. I hardly eat out, much less fancy teas, but after a hectic couple of weeks of delicate balancing and pushing through the final weeks of uni, it felt good to be able to unwind with the older ‘bling over a cup of tea. (We’re not grandmas, I assure you.)
More thoughtful posts are coming out soon! (After I finish this essay and do up 10 weeks worth of Property Law notes…) Have a lovely weekend everyone! 🙂 x
P/S: Shout-out to Jay for the loan of her camera. I owe you dumplings.
